As long as you stay inside your tier, nothing: the eighth employee costs the same as the seventh. The invoice only changes the day you move up to the next tier.
There is no seat to pay for. She counts toward the number of users in your tier, like everyone else, but the price does not depend on anyone's role: it depends only on the tier you are in.
Yes. OKTO PSA, OKTO CRM and OKTO HR are included in every tier. There is no module to unlock, no surcharge per feature.
